Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted:
• Instant bank transfer upon arrival at the winery.
• Credit/debit card upon arrival at the winery (EC, MC, VISA, AMEX, DC).
For guests who are not residents of the facility, payments are only accepted by credit or debit card.
Cancellation and Modification Policy
Prices: All prices include VAT.
Tasting Requirements: Tastings are reserved for adults only, as serving alcohol to minors under 18 is not permitted.
Booking Modifications:
• Any changes in the number of participants must be communicated at least 1 day before the booking date.
• In case of an increase in the number of participants, the management will check availability and inform the client about the possibility of accommodating the request.
• A credit card will be required as a guarantee upon booking confirmation.*
• Cancellations within the allowed timeframe do not incur any penalties, but must be communicated by phone at +39 3666260186.
Service Timing:
• The confirmed time is strict. If necessary, please contact us by phone at +39 3666260186.
• Firriato reserves the right to modify the service time up to the day before, with prior communication to the customer.
Visitor Conduct Rules:
• Access to the premises is only allowed if accompanied by authorized personnel.
• Visitors must always follow the instructions provided by their guides.
• In case of an emergency (fire, natural disaster), remain calm, do not leave the guide, and follow the indicated escape routes.
Cancellation Policy for Tastings
The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after written communication (via email) by Firriato
Please report in advance any allergies and food intolerances, or special needs. If not reported previously, we decline any responsibility.
Pets: small four-legged friends are welcome, if inside the appropriate carrier, for further information please contact us.
• Up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, cancellations are free of charge.
• Within 48 hours of the arrival date, 100% of the experience cost will be charged, with the possibility to reschedule the tasting.
Attention: For the months of July, August, and September:
• Cancellations are free up to 72 hours before arrival.
• Within 72 hours of the arrival date, 100% of the experience cost will be charged, and the booking will be neither refundable nor modifiable.
