From Trapani-style Cous Cous to Sicilian pastries with cassata and cannoli, the signature dishes of Trapani tradition are interpreted in a modern key by the skilled hands of our knowledgeable chefs who will reveal to participants the origins and history of each recipe. Particular attention will be paid to the description of the raw materials used, such as ricotta cheese, durum wheat semolina, local fish and garden produce strictly zero km.
