The spirit of this tasting experience is centered on the reinterpretation of traditional Sicilian dishes, crafted by Executive Chef Andrea Macca using carefully selected, strictly zero-kilometre ingredients. Enhanced by the elegance of Firriato’s most exclusive labels, this experience is designed for those who share a passion for wine and wish to indulge in something truly unique and distinctive.
The guided tasting includes the sampling of four wines presented by our Sommelier, who will explain the winemaking techniques behind each label, illustrate the agronomic practices employed, and conclude with a sensory analysis.
Libeccio features a three-course menu: a starter, a main course, and a house dessert.
During the tasting, guests will also have the opportunity to sample Firriato’s organic extra virgin olive oil, a blend of Cerasuola and Nocellara—native cultivars from the Trapani countryside.
