Maestrale is designed as a food and wine journey for all those who share a passion for wine and wish to treat themselves to a unique experience. The Maestrale Wine Experience includes a guided tasting of a selection of four labels, paired with dishes made from locally sourced ingredients (Km 0), selected by Executive Chef Andrea Macca.
The Maestrale format is a complete sensory experience and features an appetizer, a first course, a main course, a dessert, and a guided tasting of four wines presented by our Sommelier. During the wine experience, guests will also have the opportunity to taste organic extra virgin olive oil, a blend of Cerasuola and Nocellara, native cultivars from the Trapani countryside.
