Scirocco is a harmonious pairing of food and wine, designed to celebrate the timeless art of conviviality. This wine tasting experience has been created to showcase Firriato wines alongside dishes crafted by Executive Chef Andrea Macca, prepared with carefully selected, strictly local (zero-kilometre) ingredients.
The guided tasting includes the sampling of four wines presented by our Sommelier, who will illustrate the agronomic practices and winemaking techniques behind each label, concluding with a sensory analysis of the wines in pairing.
The experience includes a three-course menu: a starter, a first course, and a house dessert. In addition, during the tasting, guests will have the opportunity to sample Firriato’s organic extra virgin olive oil, a blend of Cerasuola and Nocellara—native cultivars from the Trapani countryside.
