The Tramontana tasting offers a classic wine tasting experience and is the ideal choice for those who wish to approach the world of wine through Firriato’s philosophy—a journey through the history and culture of the territory.
The guided tasting includes the sampling of four wines presented by our Sommelier, who will focus on agronomic practices and winemaking techniques for each label, concluding with a sensory analysis of the wines.
During the wine tasting, guests will also have the opportunity to sample Firriato’s organic extra virgin olive oil, a blend of Cerasuola and Nocellara—native cultivars from the Trapani countryside.
