Surrounded by vineyards and centuries-old olive groves, it overlooks a breathtaking panorama embracing the Egadi Islands, the salt pans, and the profile of Mount Erice.
The 16 elegant rooms offer an atmosphere of exclusive tranquility. Within the dedicated spaces, guests can enjoy wine tasting experiences featuring the winery’s most prestigious labels, while at the “Santagostino” restaurant, Sicilian cuisine is reinterpreted in a contemporary key, harmoniously paired with selected wines.
The experience is further enhanced by a panoramic swimming pool and a Sky Lounge wine bar at the top of the estate—an exceptional vantage point where guests can sip a glass of wine at sunset while gazing out over the sea horizon.

From Palermo: From the A29 Palermo motorway towards Trapani – Mazara del Vallo, at the fork, keep right towards “Trapani – Birgi Airport”. Exit Trapani and continue towards Contrada Soria.
By public transport:
Plane: From Trapani “Vincenzo Florio” Airport, you can reach Baglio Sorìa by rental car or taxi (about 20 minutes).
From Palermo “Falcone Borsellino” Airport, you can reach Baglio Sorìa by rental car or taxi (about 53 minutes).
Ferry: Connections from Genoa, Naples, Civitavecchia, and Livorno with Tirrenia Navigazione or Grimaldi. Continue by car or opt for a taxi transfer.

The tasting journey is enriched by perfect gastronomic pairings curated by Chef Andrea Macca, creating an experience where flavors and aromas come together in perfect harmony.
In addition to the various Wine Experiences, food enthusiasts can take part in exclusive Cooking Classes: true culinary workshops where, under the guidance of the Chef, participants prepare iconic dishes from Sicilian tradition, such as cous cous alla trapanese.
