Sicily is one of the wine-growing regions that best represents the culture of the vine in the Mediterranean. From this treasure of immense value, Firriato has drawn its very raison d’etre, engaging in a constant work of promotion, producing wines that enhance the organoleptic characteristics of each variety used.
Nero d’Avola, Nerello Mascalese, Perricone among the red grapes; Grillo, Catarratto Zibibbo and for white grapes. Of particular interest, the work done for ten years from Firriato on Perricone, with Ribeca, one of the most important labels of the company. They are natives of Sicily.
The proposal also includes tasting the taste of a Passito sweet wine.
