Grecale is designed for wine lovers who wish to test their wine knowledge while taking the opportunity to learn something new. During the wine tasting, guests will enjoy four wines paired with typical products from the Trapani countryside.
The guided tasting includes the sampling of four wines, presented and analyzed by our Sommelier, who will explain the agronomic practices and winemaking techniques behind each label, concluding with a sensory analysis of the wines paired with a selection of traditional local specialties.
As part of the experience, guests will also have the opportunity to taste Firriato’s organic extra virgin olive oil, a blend of Cerasuola and Nocellara—native cultivars from the Trapani area.
